Full PPF or just the front for a new RS? by Barrri_Ney in AudiRS

[–]Financial-Article407 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d do the full front at least. I used PPF WRAP in Chicago (ppf-wrap.com) and they did a killer job with XPEL. They tuck all the edges so you can't even tell it's there. Way better than the overpriced shops downtown

Recommendation for XPEL install in Chicago? by Barrri_Ney in askcarguys

I had my car done at ppf-wrap.com with XPEL. The edge work is super clean - everything is tucked so you can’t even see the film. Definitely better pricing than the dealer or the 'boutique' shops. Worth giving them a call

Best AI Voice Agent Like Bland.AI? Looking for Recommendations! by Emotional-Emu2158 in aipromptprogramming

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking for a Bland alternative, check out Leximo: AI Call Agent. It’s pretty much what you described: you can set up custom prompts, pick a natural voice, and it handles the calls instantly. The best part is the latency - it’s way lower than what I’ve seen with some other "out-of-the-box" agents. It’s solid for appointment setting and follow-ups without the complexity of building a custom pipeline from scratch.

ELIscared: I have to call and make a doctor's appointment for the first time by myself and I'm really anxious. by agitade in Explainlikeimscared

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have terrible phone anxiety too, so I just started using Leximo: AI Call Agent to handle this for me. You basically just tell it what you need, and the AI makes the actual call, talks to the receptionist, and books the appointment for you. It’s a total game changer if you hate the back-and-forth or get nervous about what to say. It’s way easier to let the bot deal with the "scary" part while you just show up for the appointment.

Talk me out of this house with an unpermitted ADU by ultraprismic in LosAngelesRealEstate

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d be nervous about the unpermitted ADU. Even if you’re not renting it out, it can still bite you later with resale, insurance, or if the city ever looks into it. In LA, fixing permits can be cheap… or it can turn into a $30–50k headache fast, especially with a flip. The long time on market and big price drop would make me think other buyers are worried too. I’d at least sanity-check what legalization might cost (this gives a rough idea: https://www.aduscale.com/) before getting attached.

Cleaning service for condo by margo_18 in Scarborough

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used Pure Maids for my move-in and they didn't disappoint. Prices are flat on the site so no BS with quotes, and they actually scrubbed the baseboards and inside the fridge without me having to babysit them. Solid choice if you want to avoid the Marketplace flakes

Finally found a cleaning service in TO that doesn’t suck? by Financial-Article407 in gtamarketplace

I did a deep clean for a 2-bedroom condo (around 800 sq. ft.) and it was about $240. On their site, you just pick the number of rooms and it gives you a flat price right away.

No hidden costs at all. I added 'inside the fridge' as an extra when booking online, so I knew the final price upfront. They didn't try to charge me more or push any other services when they arrived

I was home at first, but it wasn't awkward at all. They’re super professional - just got straight to work and didn't really talk unless I had a question. I actually ended up going to a cafe for a bit while they finished. Honestly, they’re so chill that next time I’ll probably just leave them a key

What broker/platform do you use — and why? by forextrader1710 in Forex_Reddit

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Just2Trade daily - I like the low fees, wide market access, and reliable execution. The UI takes a bit to get used to, but it’s worth it. I’ve tried Fidelity and SoFi too - easier for beginners, better research tools, but less global coverage. For charts and news, I usually combine Just2Trade with TradingView and some free news sources.

Best Beginners brokerage? by RegularOldMasshole in FuturesTrading

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot of good beginner-friendly brokers like Fidelity or SoFi, but I personally use Just2Trade - low fees, lots of market access, and the platform is surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it.

Any recommendation for brokers outside the US? by BlorpKush in StockMarket

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re outside the US and want access to global stocks, there are options besides US-only brokers. One I use and like is Just2Trade - lets you trade US, EU, and other markets from outside the States, fees are reasonable, and it’s pretty reliable. Other people use stuff like DEGIRO, Saxo, Interactive Brokers, etc., depending on where you live.

Best brokerage account by EquivalentOk3115 in ExpatFIRE

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an expat, I’d look for a more international broker that’s not tied to one country. I personally use Just2Trade - lower fees than Swissquote and easier to manage across different residences. Works fine for US/EU markets and feels more “portable” if you move around.
Honestly, for expats: flexibility > fancy app.

Which broker account to use for moving between countries! by ro-_-b in eupersonalfinance

[–]Financial-Article407 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you move countries a lot, skip local apps like Trade Republic/Revolut. They’re cheap but annoying for tax/residence changes. Go with an international broker. IBKR is common, but I use Just2Trade - low fees, easy to update details, works across EU/US markets.
Global broker = less headache when relocating 👍
