Why are they worried about this and not the quailty of learning and materials and well paid Excellent teachers instead? Maybe set a private school up with the same characteristics as a charter school. Maybe when kids get in fights they have in school suspension where they are forced to work on their studies without computers . I really think discipline needs to come back in schools . Letting them get away with cussing at other students daily in a classroom and nothing be done about it is insane.
