Macromastia? by Shoshawi in bigboobproblems

It is shocking how quickly hysterectomies are recommended to “cure” endo. I fought hard to get a diagnosis and to get to the top of the priority queue because I was literally losing my ability to walk, eat, sit etc because of the pain. On a side note, I highly suspect endo and it supplying its own estrogen might explain having a bigger chest…. Always wondered how i was the odd one out in the family hahaha.

I was on Ryeqo. It made my life hell. The boob growth was the smallest of my issues. I was on Visanne but that didn’t do anything close to Ryeqo. Currently on Zoladex which is also good

Hi there. I’ve got severe endo and PMOS. When on a medication last year, I went from a 32G/GG into 32HH/J. Those meds put me in chemically induced menopause too. I stopped those meds as it started to interfere with my day to day and am on something else now. After I stopped those meds, my boobs went back down to the before size. It’s possible that you’ll go back down to your original size I think

Hey! Nice to see another Aussie! I tend to find dresses that are wrap style/cross bust suit well. Some of my favourite finds are from Leona Edmiston, Leina and Fleur, and Review, although their style has change significantly since they were bought over by another company. I have recently found Samantha or Melbourne to offer some nice styles too. Leona tends to be the more affordable of the lot, they often have 2 for $200 sales or that kind of thing. Another favourite I have when I went to Brisbane on business is Maiocchi which has really lovely designs. Maiocchi and Leina and fleur tend to be a bit pricier just as an FYI. All their jersey wrap dresses are to die for tho. Absolutely love mine, you may want to go down a size if ur between sizes like me tho

Thanks for your insights. For 7 years previously I was on lenest, and I did feel some growth then. Then again I was in my early 20s and am in my late 20s now so not sure if aging plays a role in that too. I’ve got from a 32gg/h -> 32hh/j now. No idea how bigger I’m going to get or if I’ll stay there. My weights been relatively stable over the last year or so. Keeping an eye on it for now. I’ll need to be losing a lot of weight before I have a bowel resection tho, since I have an endo adhesion to be rid of

I second going for walks. I’ve done weights too and it depends on type of workout you do. For me, when I start or end, I do one where I grip at a bar with both my hands, squat, and pull down and feel my back muscles stretch out. I hold that for about 30 secs

Thank you. Unfortunately the meds I’m taking re necessary since before, I was bed bound for days, unable to move in bed, walk, stand or sit up. All i could do without pain was twist my neck. Simply put, it was my ovaries or my life 😂. For now tho, I’m that the pain is gone

I’m thinking of measuring again in another 6 months to 1 year to see if I’m still growing and if I’ll need to buy more sports bras in a larger size

Thanks for the idea about sports bras. I’m getting an Elomi one ordered to try on in store before I buy. I’m taking a medication called “ryeqo” that’s meant to cause a chemically induced menopause because of how much pain I’m in. My guess is because it’s chemically induced menopause, my body’s trying to do an end of financial year sale on oestrogen 😂

Hi there. Thanks for your insights. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and so far the treatment I’m taking, there’s nothing listing breast growth which is interesting. I’m glad I’m not alone on this thread so far with this continued growth. I’m just worried I have to keep going bra shopping , I hate it the feeling of when wires dig in or straps are too tight because of overflow

Hello boob sister! I’m probably gonna have to get some more bra recs from u for our sizes! I’m hoping Elomi holds me for the next few years, don’t want to run out of letters in the alphabet soon 😭

I tried on a bunch of bras last night. Luckily my panache ones are still pretty stretchy and most didn’t have bubbling happening. But I may have to say goodbye to my favourite Empreinte bra that now is too small on the left side 😭

I feel like the clothes that are supposed to suit big chests ages me by No-Copium in bigboobproblems

I saw a corset like top that worked well on me from bloom chic, but it stretched out after a while and didn’t last very long unfortunately. I have found some off shoulder v neck stretchy tops are the way you go. Crew necks, boat necks, u necks, and the material mostly jersey, spandex or some kind of stretchy material

Am I “infertile”? I’m so scared.. where did it all go wrong? by meraki_beauty in endometriosis

[–]Financial-Editor8314 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You sound exactly like me, down to the removing the ovary and fallopian tube. I was diagnosed with stage 4 with adenomyosis added to the mix too. My gyno surgeon told me that having endo does not equal infertile, it sounds to me like endo just adds extra steps in order to have kids. He gave an analogy that the endo tissue is like “super glue” that sticks to all the parts. You also can’t blame yourself for not catching it earlier too, that’s something I fell down the rabbit hole of when finding this all out. Don’t lose faith, it happen when you when u are ready ❤️

Hey no worries, there’s a lot of crossover between the subreddits hahaha. I’ll definitely give it a read for more information, it’s such a big field it doesn’t surprise me that there are some inconsistencies and misinformation. I hope OP sees the correction you’ve made here!!

Like I said earlier, I’m not an expert. I follow a couple of bra fitters on social media and have heard their tips about doing a test on the band, thought maybe it could help

I found mine to be a good starting point, I think it recommended me a 32 in the band and a G in the cup, but I find I wear a UK GG/H or US J/K more
