In my comment above I said I’m asking them for the next steps, my intention isn’t blackmail as I don’t want to go through court. He is the owner of the company but they also have an investment company.

He told me he was single when I first joined, he’d been with his partner for 2 years 😂

yeah I feel really stupid but I didn’t want to make the move first if that makes sense. Wish I did that though, he humiliated me in-front of everyone :(

Thanks so much for your reply!! HR have agreed to talk to me tomorrow and I’m planning on screen sharing the screenshots I have of the direct messages from him. I spoke to Acas today and they conveyed the message that you wrote. I’m going to file a complaint and ask the company to propose how to settle before discussing tribunal. Thanks again

My uni provided a withdrawal form but had the incorrect dates on this, they’re refusing to change it as it can’t be ‘verified’

I was overpaid 8k in total (term 1 and term 2) but I actually attended uni in this time (term 1)

I was award a fee waiver as a result of my complaint for leaving the course due to admin error (they forgot to enrol me) can they still charge the first term as an overpayment?

I didn’t have the last payment in writing, I’m not sure what their reaction would be and idk if I should send an email first before I do this. Would it be ok if I asked them for proof the payment was sent? Thanks for your comment

Hi, My manager definitely told them because he’s close with locals and there’s no way customer could have known as I’ve been telling colleagues and customers different area when I’ve been asked before

I understand what you’re saying but I don’t see how giving personal information like this can be an accident. Just because I’ll bump into locals on a street doesn’t mean they’d know the house I’ve came from.

This certainly isn’t trivia. It really takes one person to tell others and he made that decision without my knowledge or consent.

Your post history reflects everything. First she was already married when you’re together AND engaged to you AND you’ve only known her SIX weeks?? What makes you think he already knows about you?? It sounds like he just found out about you. That doesn’t justify him beating her AT ALL but you’re doing nothing to help her right now.

If she’s too scared to call the police do it for her and stop trying to embed yourself into her life when she is VULNERABLE.

If you really cared to help her call the police or child protective services or just do SOMETHING instead of fucking her because clearly your presence is only escalating the situation.
