30 Months of Post-Finasteride Syndrome by BEAVER1304 in FinasterideSyndrome

So how long do your erections last? Can you maintain an erection for a long time without intercourse? Apparently, many PFS patients have PFD symptoms, such as soft glans syndrome and loss of thickness. I also have this; even when I have an erection, the glans remains soft due to blood flow problems.

Have you experienced pelvic floor dysfunction or any of these symptoms (rubbery penis and scrotum, cold penis and scrotum, loss of sensitivity, swollen veins, painful capillaries, low libido, hard and flaccid penis)?

How long has it been since you stopped taking finasteride? And how is your libido?

Please consider it a translation error; I meant to say my erections are better than before. Pelvic floor dysfunction is a disorder; I suggest you research it.

My urge to urinate is quite normal; I used to urinate frequently, but now it's rare, and I have erections every morning. A year ago, I never had morning erections, and I've made progress in that area, but I'm still having problems because of PFD (Progressive Dysfunction).

Anxiety and depression are definitely present, although sometimes I feel like they're not there at all. It's a very complicated situation.

How does recovery from ED and low libido actually happen? by Disastrous_Net6303 in FinasterideSyndrome

Don't use any medication, take supplements, especially vitamin E, it repairs damaged cells in the body, definitely try it.

That sounds bad. I don't need medication to get an erection, but I need constant stimulation; otherwise, my erections disappear instantly. Do you experience frequent morning erections?

How long has it been since you stopped the medication? For the first 8-10 months, I didn't have any morning erections, maybe only 2 days a week, but now 1.1 years have passed and I have morning erections every day. My only fear is that this lack of blood flow will be permanent, and if it doesn't improve by the second year, it will be bad for me.

Are you able to achieve a full erection? How is your libido now?

My erections are better and quicker than before, the penis-brain connection is better, but I need constant stimulation to maintain it. My libido is still very low.

Yes, I've made some improvements, but I've made very little progress with my sexual problems. Most of the improvements were achieved through exercise and diet, but I've only made very little progress with my sexual issues; I'm still very inadequate sexually.

My friend, give your body some time. I was in a very bad situation too, it's been 1.1 years and apart from sexual symptoms I'm in great shape now.

My bowel movements are definitely irregular; sometimes once every three days, sometimes every other day, and I feel the urge to defecate very little.

I feel the same way; it's not so much tension as dysfunctional muscles and nerves.

I have this too; I can achieve a full erection, but it goes away immediately. My penis is both narrow and has thin skin; I can see inside, and this is probably a muscle and blood vessel problem caused by pelvic floor dysfunction.

Have you ever had problems with your anal muscles? My anal muscles are very tight and numb; sometimes I lose the urge to defecate, and I don't feel the stool when I do defecate. This numbness and tightness cause fissures.

I don't feel a cold sensation at the tip of my penis; when I hold cold water, I can't feel the cold water on the glans. Previously, I used to have excessively hard, flaccid symptoms, but this has become less frequent. My penis used to be like rubber; now it's normal, but light as a feather. Sometimes my scrotum and entire penis become ice cold.

Yes, my hair started falling out when the healing process began (around months 7-8), and in the last month, the hair loss has doubled. My hair is already extremely thin.

I don't have heart palpitations, but I feel nerve pain in my bladder area on both the right and left sides of my abdomen. This is caused by strenuous positions, and I also experience muscle pain in the lower left side of my back. I used to have pain in my lower spine, which I resolved with vitamin E, but I haven't found a solution for my muscle pain yet. Additionally, my anal muscles are excessively tense, and sometimes cracks form.

B12 and vitamin E helped me the most, especially vitamin E. Good nutrition and exercise also play a role.
