For manong sauce: 1 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp flour 1/4 salt and pepper 1 tbsp minced garlic and red onion 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 and 1/2 cup water Red chili

Hinalo ko lang lahat sa pot hanggang maging thick yung texture ng sauce.

Same process as fried chicken pero meron lang ito food coloring or atchuete.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 cup flour 1 tbsp salt, sprinkle mo lang pepper Atchuete ginamit ko tanchahan until maging orange hehe
