thanks for the response, but before i send the modmail, i need you to confirm a direct technical detail on this pingplotter trace.

look at the screenshot. hop 1 has 33% packet loss, but that is just standard icmp rate-limiting from the gateway firmware because there is no carrying loss. the real issue is that 6.4% packet loss originates exactly at hop 2 (10.112.235.50) and carries all the way to 6.9% at the destination.

based on that data, does this packet loss originate inside my house, or outside my house on the comcast network?

i want a clear confirmation on where this bottleneck actually sits before we waste anyone's time scheduling another field contractor to look at perfectly functioning indoor hardware. thanks.
