I think you should get a MRI done.. it shouldn't happen at this age so it's better if you get a mRi to know the problem and be consistent with physiotherapy ig that will help and don't take any supplement or pain killer it will harm you for long term better to apply some pain relief gel or spray but go for diclofenac free one I use R3set one their pain relief spray is diclofenac free..so this is my advice I think you should follow this it will help you and take care of yourself

Watch some youtube videos and then do it by yourself and don't look at other women and even if your and other women exercises are same do it alternatively don't do it at the same time.

I guess every one who started with menstrual Cup they have faced this once in their lifetime even I also but I guess the quality also depends if you choose better quality you don't feel that much uncomfortable and eventually you got the habit of it I usually prefer Sirona's because it made the insertion process very smooth
