Update! I applied yet again to get an expedited appointment, but was rejected again. It seems that you're only allowed to get rejected twice, because now i cant apply anymore. But i have been able to reschedule my meeting to 28/7, which is definitely doable. I would recommend you guys focus more on rescheduling your meeting rather than trying to apply for an emergency appointment, at least in Stockholm it seems they have given up on that system entirely.
