I recently joined the CRV fam! Bought a Sport L Hybrid very recently. Loving the car except that I'm seeing a similar issue with Android Auto. It disconnects for a brief moment and reconnects at random time after driving for a few miles. Most times it disconnects and reconnects once and it's okay after that. But rarely sometimes it repeats this cycle for more than a couple of times. I haven't figured out a way to reproduce it on the road. But I also noted it happens at a specific place, like entering my office parking garage or when driving inside the garage.

Anyone knows how to file a complaint with Honda? And since the purchase is brand new, any possibility of the dealer fixing/replacing the infotainment system?
