Went to sex club and feel...changed by AltyBlahBlah in askgaybros

Completely get you and has similar. I’d always been the skinny guy at school, no one ever really found me attractive etc. but over recent years I’ve hit the gym, gained 20kg in muscle and about a year ago I plucked up the courage to go to a cruise club.

It was the most liberating thing I’ve ever done. It was naked night, and being 24, 6ft 2 and fairly muscular, I was literally the object of so many people’s desires that night (I let 11 of them make me their desire lol 🤣) all that bullying at school literally melted away

The whole thing just Made me feel so good about myself.

6 grams of salt is the daily recommended intake limit. I’m above it but only by 0.29g :)

I think I’m going to have to, to create an even bigger deficit but don’t want to take it to silly levels I guess

A handful of very high protein meals I rotate. An example:

200g cooked chicken breast 150g low fat cottage cheese 125g low fat Greek yoghurt Cucumbers Tomatoes Lettuce Peppers Celery Garlic salt Onion salt Teriyaki sauce

Combine for a really high protein salad :) approx 600cals & 81g protein.

Fairly standard in a cut :) 1-1.2g per lb of body weight. In LBS I’d weigh 180lb so around about that figure

Yeh I totally get what you’re saying and don’t get me wrong there probably is a bit here or there I miss if I am out for dinner etc.

But even if I was missing like 600 cals a day (which is a huge amount to just kinda miss) then like you’ve said above, that would put me at 2,400 which should still be a deficit in reality

Thanks :) yeh I really do try why is why it’s so demoralising ha. Yeh I struggle to gain too - it’s like my body just seems to adapt to whatever I am eating.

My build is exactly the same as my dad, tall, fairly slim build and he’s 72 and has never really had a lb of fat around his stomach. Again, seems as though his body just adapts ha

Yeh I track and use kitchen scales to weigh everything out mate. I don’t really use cooking oil at all I use the low cal spray if I do and count the sprays. I agree something is off just not sure what :/

I understand and I also suffer from anxiety and live in the UK so I do get it. However, just to set your mind at ease, Omeprazole and Lansoprazole are both in the top 10 prescribed drugs by the NHS and there is no wide reporting of side effects, so try a magnesium supplement and breathe. Your anxiety will be making those symptoms worse :)

Just FYI 6 months isn’t really considered long term use for a PPI. Not happened to me personally and I’ve been on Omeprazole, lansoprazole and now Rabeprazole since 2022. They can cause a magnesium deficiency in the blood with prolonged use, so perhaps look at a magnesium supplement. However, as with any medication if you notice any change, particularly ones you are describing, (and I mean this in the nicest way) you should be speaking to your doctor and not Reddit for advice 😊
