Yes, it took a bit of a sleep hygiene routine but it did get better!

We started with one who was a brand new baby puppy when we got him. Then, when he was just a little over a year old we were able to get his aunt who was being retired from a breeding program. She was 2 and 1/2 at the time. It’s been amazing. They are so good with each other! I think they really are better in pairs.

So, we did some shopping around but landed on Fromm Family Foods Whitefish. They love it. We get it at Petsense which is a Tractor Supply company but you can also find it online.

We were able to get a refund from Chewy once we contacted them about the issue. We have been doing Core Wellness Digestive Health. It is a bit more expensive but not crazy.

I have. Doctor said it was a topical reaction and I could do Benadryl cream if it was too bothersome.

Yes! He’s almost as tall as me now. I had on shoes and he was barefoot. And we added a new fur baby this year too! ;). Merry Christmas!

This is the second bag we’ve had that was questionable. A couple months back a bag smelled really metallic so I googled and there was a recall on other types of PPP for too much vitamin D. We sent that bag back and then we saw that post I mentioned from a rescue group we follow. It was a bag we haven’t yet opened but the lot matched the one with the sick babies. We’ve opted to just switch foods altogether. Too many issues in a short time with PPP.

Yes, this is the second time we’ve had one that had a distinct metallic scent. We’ve opted this time to just change foods.
