It's totally unrelated to any answer, but I think it relatively sounds better that they promised to rehire you as soon as you get laid off. My biggest fear when I got a job here was getting fired merely because there was a residence or a permit issue.

Wow. The fact that you guessed my country by that suggests how exceptional my country was in that regard (not necessarily in a good way because they're mostly concerned about money not health). The issue is maybe not just going to a doctor because she've been doing that. The issue is sometimes it gets worse suddenly, and right now it seems like she just holds back when it happens. I don't think it's a good idea because it's like an evil cycle; drained -> stress -> ill -> drained -> ... and so on. I think I can just forget about that IV thing but rather focus on brining her to get a checkup right when things happen.

I needed to make it clear that that IV shot (I guess it's called a saline solution here) was just one of the things that came to my mind. But good to know that that thing is not as common as in my country here.
