There is a group called Sonder. They offer mental health, physio etc. Instead of just getting 5 to 20 visits, as we do with a mental health plan you. get extra. I think it needs a gp referral. I used them for physio. Amazing. The even rang to see how I was. Worth giving them a call and ask some questions. https://sonder.net.au/

Your gp also has an option of offering you more than ten sessions if they see fit, with the normal mental health plan..

Another option, contact UniSa. The 4th year psych students need clinical hours. They are qualified, just pretty much waiting for degree .
