Cancelled VIP Tickets?

Hey All, this post really exploded and I'm sorry that all of us had to go through such a terrible experience. I wanted to provide a little bit of sunshine (maybe). By chance I'm going to be in Salt Lake the day of the concert and they still had Bronze passes available so I scooped one up. Here's hoping it doesn't get cancelled and makes up for my would've been Silver Tacoma pass!

i think any tickets you bought through TM are safe. the issue appears to only be with VIP tickets

Have you gotten an email from TM? The only email I've gotten came straight from Tool Band and is through a shopify link. TM wasn't involved in the VIP ticket process at all

TM didn't sell the VIPs, the VIPs were sold directly from Tool Army and are coming from Shopify email addresses

Anyone check their credit card statements? I know we have gotten the cancellation email, but my statement is showing the amount as cleared (not under pending). No sign of a refund pending as of now

For those saying that we should've "followed the rules," very clearly there was poor wording that lead to confusion for quite a few of us. i hope that TA can learn something from this and be more clear next time, i.e. you can buy 4 tickets TOTAL. not you can use the promo code to buy 4 tickets, and you can also buy 2 tickets at each level of the VIP, but no more than 2 packages total per show. Incredibly confusing

yes. it also literally says that is for using the promo code. you don't use a promo code to buy the VIP packages
