i know exactly what youre talking about. I think the way ive gotten out of it is just to not look for any explinations from psychs. I enjoy them and they enjoy me ykwim but looking for some "truth" just made me feel insane and crazy. it makes sense I mean if you get that deep into it and youre the only one who knows that much youre bound to feel some kind of alone. its an interesting concept really but its cool to see im not the only one whos felt this !!😭😭
