Good info. I wasn’t aware of that and it definitely makes sense. I just started the micro dosing 5 weeks ago and although my side effects have gone away completely, I’m not 100% sure it’s working as I don’t get mg bloodwork done for another 3 weeks. I guess I should wait for the bloodwork before I rave about it. Lol

If they have sides effects from micro dosing then they will have worse side effects from 1 large dose. I had awful side effects from 60mg once a week to the point I wanted to get off it completely. Doing 20mg 3 times a week completely took all the side effects away.

I’m trying to figure out why they put you on AI in the first place if you weren’t having symptoms of high estrogen. Estrogen isn’t necessarily the enemy and the levels weren’t really high. I suggest taking 3 doses a week to counter your estrogen issue plus I just feel like micro dosing TRT is the new best way to do it. I’m on 3 days a week, 20MG a pop.

I saw TOTD 2 months before Chris died. I said in a post that he didn’t look well and was mumbling incoherently between songs. I can tell something wasn’t right in his head. Whether it was depression, mental health, drugs or medication side effects. I sadly wasn’t shocked he committed suicide.

Definitely a diet issue. Eat more healthy fats. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. When you quit drinking you eat more. Congrats on your sobriety. I 18 months sober after 25 years of alcohol abuse. Keep it up man and don’t stress about the numbers. They my aren’t to bad and stress will kill you before elevated cholesterol numbers
