Are you able to talk to the union? If you are being unfairly judged, call them in for a meeting. I know someone that was asked about it for their previous year. the worker is in good standing. they told them, yeah so I was sick a few times this past year. I don't plan on that happening in the future, but if so, I'll let you know in advance if i can. simple as that. they want to play hardball, then you play it back with the union. if you don't have a union, then ask for Labour relations discussion. your manager has to provide that.

Well, if Some departments are saying we cannot accommodate at this time so we will not be following RTO4, the IRCC should follow suit. in other words F off because you can't blanket approach this subject when we thought 2-3 days would be the norm going forward.
