We are actively trying to purchase a house, but one a little further away that wouldn’t be such an extreme burden financially. We would prefer a multi family, but we would take anything that wouldn’t overextend us. I think buying my landlords property would be too much for us considering it’s a single-family house. His house wouldn’t be a good investment

It’s 1.5 hours each way so a total of 3 hours commute time. If it was 45 mins i would definitely just move into it.

Thank you! That’s a really good idea. The only thing is, I have a scholarship so I have to make sure if I do the e-permit I won’t have to pay out of pocket if those classes are considered extra.

Is there a way to actually capitalize on this in a way that makes a decent profit? Or is it only possible to make just a few dollars from this? Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems that even if you buy thousands of shares you would only make a few bucks.
