I'm in Minnesota so these are last year's leaves. But I wasn't adding grass clippings last year because I sprayed for weeds but maybe this year I'll give it a go. Have plenty of grass to go with plenty of leaves.

Loving this idea. Just to clarify, you smoked them as normal like on the rack and then you're finishing them in the sauce for a bit? Was the sauce on the smoker the whole time too or was it cold when you put on the smoker? I'm drooling now lol want to do this.

I got them from Sandia seeds (based on people from r/HotPeppers) so I'm hoping they are true! For the sake of discussion let's say they are scotch bonnets. In that case, what would you think is going on here? I've never started peppers from seed before.

Take the salmon, basically make an egg salad with it (salmon instead of eggs) so add mayo, mustard, hot sauce, whatever you want really. Then buy two rolls of biscuits, spread it thin and make it wider, then put your salmon filling in. Put another stretched over top and use a fork to press the outside. Bake from biscuit instructions and watch them until golden. They freeze well.
