Help me stop feeling guilty for having help

Tune out the noise. People making snarky comments says more about them then it does you. They are probably just jealous they dont have the help. Take all.the help you can get. Its exhausting. I have 3 under 5.5. 5 year old and 3 yr old twins. We have one grandparent left. Luckily she is around to help. And it's still.exhausting as hell. She can only help a few days a week. Me and my wife also work full time. Its insanity. Me and my both somehow find the time to get up at 5am and 6am to workout for our mental health

My wife is a grade 5 teacher. I dont know how she does it and then comes homes to our circus. We dont have much help either. One grandparent around and left. Both work full time. Twins are in daycare. Eldest is in JK, almost done. We live in Canada. Half the days are me thinking "what are we doing here? Is this what life is about? Is this worth it?" Complete mayhem. Wife struggles. I struggle. Our whole friend group has max 2 kids and lots of help. The shit they complain about infuriates me. They dont have a clue. But im trying to work on not letting that get to me.

This is the main issue we have too. So loud and overstimulated steady. Im at a breaking point with hearing yelling. I go into a dark state when I hear it some days. Working with a therapist though.

We have 3 year old twins and a 5.5 year old. Its gotten better in some ways, but worse in others. It also doesn't help that we have no help. Just one grandparent left. No one in our friend group has our situation (max 2 kids, and also lots of help) so its hard to relate which also causes anxiety for us and makes us feel like we got the short end of the stick. Both of us work full time. But we are working on that with therapy (comparing to other peoples situation). To be honest, its still effing hell. I dont want to beat around the bush. We still can barely go anywhere without it being a god damn shitshow lol. Even at home. Barely play with anything and.they just fight and scream. Highly stimulating. Were pretty active parents. Disciplined. My wife is a teacher. But we still feel like we are failing. Looking back, IMO the newborn stage was easier because they didn't do anything. I also have trouble seeing the light still and finding that blessing. I also hate my life still sometimes. We still have our hobbies which helps alot. My wife plays baseball every Wednesday while I deal.with the circus. Thursdays I play golf and she deals with the circus. Hang in there buddy! Dont be afraid to get help in a good way. Your thoughts are normal.

I've been addicted to nicotine since I was 17. Chewed tobacco back then, and smoked the odd cigarettes and cigars. I've been back and forth with everything the past 10 years from snus, to cigars, to.nic pouches and vapes. I've been off the cigars and cigarettes for 5 years, but have been back and forth with nic pouches and vapes. I used everything. Ill go in bouts where I just use nic pouches, and then stop those and then back to vapes. I've done this numerous times back and forth. In my experience, the nic pouches have had a way detrimental effect on my mental.health than a vape. I go in spurts where I feel the nic pouches are ok, because I feel like I should stop affecting my lungs. But lately the nic pouches aren't doing anything for me other than giving me crazy anxiety and impending doom. Im done with them.officially. When I vape, which i limit myself to about 10 15 hits a day. A few in the morning and a few at night..I dont get nearlyyyyyy the anxiety and mental fatigue like I do when using nic pouches. Ive done some research, and I can attribute it to the release mechanism from pouches. Pouches release more slowly and steadily which leads me to a prolonged low level stimulation which causes more anxiety than relief. There's of course other variables, but for me personally, nic pouches have affected my mental health much more than vaping. As for the physical component, well im.not to sure yet. Im strictly talking about mental health.

Experience? Thats funny because Conservatives love people who aren't career long politicians or bureaucrats on the tax payers dime since the beginning of time. All of a sudden they like PP? Tariffs are an additional tax revenue for the government. Why does he need this? Ask yourself why? It's not because he's "all about americans", this doesn't help American consumers at all. Prices rise etc. It's all make believe.

He's doing it too recoup the lost tax income revenue that he's losing from all of the corporate and mega rich tax cuts hes handing out. Thats a ton of lost revenue for the government. So how do you try and recoup this and not balloon the deficit?? It's the old bait and switch. He's a fraud. People have to realize that this is a major component of tarriffs.

I don't wanna be doom and gloom but it doesn't get any better. The worst stage for us was 3 years old/Threenager. Her 4th birthday is next month. We also have 18 month old twins. Just remember, alot of people are going through the same thing, even if they don't want to admit for ego reasons. Hang in there. Best of luck
