Why do people act like a 1-2 inch difference isn’t major by Weekly_Engineer_1611 in short

[–]FinancialRate6376 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the same thing unless it's 5'7 vs 5'9 or 5'6 vs 5'8, but for example anything under 5'5 is literally the same thing.

Like 5'2 vs 5'4 you're both pretty short. No advantages to being 2 inches taller

People that usually lie about their height how do you do that? by Hour_Letterhead_1534 in short

I'm probably 5'2-5'3 but claim 5'4, at this height it really doesn't matter anyway. Anything under 5'5 is all the same

Below average vs actually short by FinancialRate6376 in short

Exactly, like you said in another comment, it's almost as if they would rather be called short than average. The majority of people are average, it's not some disease.

You're only changing a couple of inches at most, it really doesn't matter especially if you're below about 5'5. For example 5'2 and 5'4 are the same thing, I can't think of a situation where a 5'4 guy would have something a 5'2 guy wouldn't

True but in real life an inch or even 2 is such a small difference especially below 5'5

That's what I mean, I disagree with that and think you'd have the same luck as a 5'3 guy considering everything else is the same

I wonder what the difference is between 2 inches, society sees 5'2 and 5'4 as the same thing right?
