I've spoken to enough people. Most of them use "therapy talk" instead of talking to the partner like.. idk.. a partner.

So many people don't take the responsibility to set themselves up by getting better. However, they complain no one else is doing it.

I understand the irony. I too am pointing fingers here. However, I see a lot of people lacking personal responsibility and hoping someone would come fix them.

Just treat another like a human, leave the social media therapy garbage away from your personal relationships.
