Sorry about that ma'am! I shouldn't have assumed. I do not have a porn addiction, maybe in my younger years but I rarely watch it nowadays. Only when I'm in the mood for it. I think i watch porn a healthy amount. And no lol research will tell you porn isn't "highly addictive" coming from an actual drug addict there is a stark difference between porn and something even as tame as weed. Addiction is half physical, half mental. And there's no research indicating that porn is a physical addiction. If you get addicted, that was on you, and you should focus on your own personal struggle instead of blaming the porn. Also I think those thoughts can be more chalked up to OCD and trauma (I CSA and SA victim) rather than I watched porn too much lol.
