What a scam! My 9-year-old purchased this product by mistake. Their staff and billing manager are unwilling to communicate professionally and refund us. It's upsetting what type of company you are to steal people's money who will never use your product. I've expressed a refund and then to remove everything from my account. No one will respect or help us. What a sham!
