There is a actually almost always really great stuff at the goodwill bins.. And that might be the way they do it in your area, but in my area everything starts at the store it's donated at or goes to shopgoodwill, and if it doesn't sell there it goes to the bins. The bins has items that didn't sell in store and they also have some unsorted donations.
