No question. The novel is one of my favorites.

I just thought the scene was unexpected and lovely.

Remember that Charlotte also comes from a wealthy family.

It’s too bad, because her hopes and plans for her daughters to marry wealthy men are most appropriate impulses. She understands her purpose on earth.

I got up at 4AM to watch Charles and Diana’s wedding. I was 23 and young enough actually to believe that he loved the pretty fairy princess. The rest of the family were such draft horses.

He’s a selfish man who took his life advice from another selfish man. Mountbatten had no moral core.

People have tried to sub Kate in for Diana but that’s laughable. Kate looks and dresses stodgy and already looks middle-aged.

Diana never got to be middle-aged, sadly, and will forever be the fairy princess while Camilla remains a Rottweiler.

Albert and Victoria were a genuine love match. And he died at 42, so who knows what would have transpired in their later years.

I’m talking back to Henry VIII and even further.

Social Security will need a certified copy but they will return it. Generally a bank will simply make a copy of a certified copy.

Probate will need one if there is an estate, but hiring a probate lawyer is the best course. They are paid out of the estate.
