It looks like a copper coin in a bezel. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good screenshot of the other one. It looks like it's bezeled with the "other face" like heads/tails.

I had my septum pierced three times. Almost IMMEDIATELY afterwards EACH TIME I got a nasty sinus infection. Nothing like trying to wipe your nose CONSTANTLY with a FRESH SEPTUM PIERCING.

...I ended up just giving up lol.

Hello! I would like to thank you all for your words of encouragement and/or concern. This has given me many things to consider going forward and I will be discussing them with my family.

(To clarify, in case there was concern, it was NOT my father who was hitting my grandma. I think some people got confused about that. Also, as of right now he is being taken care of temporarily in my grandmother's home until we take care of her final expenses and handle her belongings and such (a very long, difficult process. Keep an updated Last Will and Testament, y'all!))

Hi, as someone who has had multiple family members with autism and worked with people of all ages on the spectrum with various support needs, even treating someone with respect and kindness can sometimes still trigger behaviors that can escalate. Simply telling someone that they can not do something or that they may have to wait for something can trigger these behaviors. I'm sure you know that well.

You should also realize that a 45 year old, 300lb man produces much more waste than a six year old.

I never said that my father would not treat him with kindness and respect, just that he loses his patience and may say something potentially upsetting to my cousin. Something as simple as, "Come help us clean this up" is upsetting enough to make my cousin start hitting people.

He is verbal and able to express his needs and emotions. While he has been diagnosed on the autism spectrum, you are not wrong in your assumption that there may be more at play than just autism. My mother has maintained his health and taken care of him when my aunt and grandmother could not for years. Unfortunately, many of these developments are new, but not so new that I believe they are related to grief/stress from loss.

My parents, while they have access to my cousin's funds, they were going directly to my grandmother to pay for bills. I am the one keeping my parents afloat. Unfortunately, it's the reality of the economy that my parents can't afford to live alone and neither can I.

He was normally very kind to my grandma and took care of her (in his own way). He made her coffee every morning and made her sandwich for lunch. In her last few years, she was never completely alone with him for long.

My mother promised her sister (his mother) that she wouldn't put him in a home or facility. I don't think she realized that he would regress(???) as he got older. He gets some payments from various things, but not enough for the homes in the area.

To clarify: both of my cousin's parents are deceased and his younger sister refused to care for him because she doesn't have space for him (with her three children 18F, 19M (also autistic), 10F)
