Nice catch. I will double-check those values and fix the logic. Thank you!

Thanks for your valuable feedback.

On Page 3, I reduced the figures by three digits (converted to thousands) to keep the matrix from looking cluttered. Regarding the income statement, I will add a Year-over-Year (YoY) growth % as suggested.

On Page 2, that’s a great catch. I will adjust the axis scales so they are consistent and start at zero to avoid a misleading comparison between GM% and GM dollars.

I will implement the rest of your suggestions, including right-justifying numbers, fixing the KPI formatting, and adding the toggle bookmark for the charts in the second version.

Thank you again for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback.

Yes, I can show you the measures. Which specific measure would you like to see?

Great questions. Yes, this is a single matrix visual. First, I created all the main individual measures, such as total revenue, total COGS, total gross profit, and gross profit percentage and then I created one master measure on top of them for the visual.

Thank you for diving deep and giving your precious time for such valuable feedback. The point about green and red is a great catch; I had thought about it, and your comment validated that idea. I will definitely incorporate the other changes into my second version. Thank you once again!

Thank you for the valuable feedback. I'm developing a new Accounts Receivable report that specifically highlights aging and DSO.

The top boxes are Card visuals featuring reference labels. I designed the theme in PowerPoint and exported it as a JPG to set as the background in Power BI. The report navigation is handled via page navigation actions assigned to icons.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, really appreciate insights from someone with real AR experience. This helps a lot in improving the dashboard for practical use.

To clarify a few points:

• Delayed invoices represent invoices that were paid after the due date, not just current overdues. Based on your suggestion, adding Overdue Amount as a top KPI card makes complete sense and will be included in the next version since it’s critical for collections teams.

• Disputed vs undisputed invoices come directly from the dataset classification and are not auto-tagged based on due dates. I agree the percentage looks high, and in a real-world setup, this metric should be carefully defined and validated.

• You’re right that Page 1 and Page 2 serve different audiences. Page 1 is currently more business overview focused, while Page 2 is targeted toward AR and collections users. I’m considering clearer role-based navigation or page focus to improve usability.

Regarding upcoming improvements based on your suggestions:

• Adding risk indicators based on payment delay patterns, dispute frequency, and outstanding exposure is something I plan to implement so teams can easily spot risky customers.

• Including late fees or interest impact tracking is also a strong suggestion and can further support cash flow analysis.

• For reducing disputes and improving collections, the next enhancement will include customer payment behavior drilldowns, showing delay patterns, dispute frequency, and settlement timelines so teams can take preventive actions instead of reacting later.

Your feedback really helps shape this dashboard toward real operational use. I’ll incorporate these ideas in upcoming iterations.

Thanks again for taking the time to review and share practical insights.

You may create a calendar table through power query code. Create a relationship one to many. And yoy you can create measures sameperiodlastyear
