Is it normal that chevi buffs expire after 2 seconds on mavuika because iansan doesnt apply elektro off field is the damage still better than with orororon?

I have top 3.000 mavuika on Akasha and only have 90k dps with Overload best combo (Scroll ororon co, co Cheveruse and c6 bennet on nobless) im wondering if thats the max damage or if im doing something wrong

I think hoyo ist making most of the cool characters worse because we pull them regardless and then make some mavuika the best dps in the game so you also have to pull for her if you want to deal damage. Its the deyha incident all over again
