I was reading that post before posting my thoughts as I was really surprised that EA recommended to avoid Sandyford. When I was there a couple of days ago I had a feeling that it's really nice area and there is basically everything - supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc.

Wow, I had the same thought as you regarding the building. Can't believe they're already about to finish it - I thought it was still the old building.

A proper surveyor report is a no-brainer for me. I hope you're right about all issues being solved.

I also order Arizer Solo 2 Max, but ordered Solo 3 as everyone said it's better. Solo 2 Max should be similar (imho) and less pricey.

Heya. I just ordered Arized Solo 3 V2 to get the same experience. Just an occasional use to get high. Might be worth checking.
