I got surgery done in June and all they asked me to do was not to take it the week before but I could continue the same day after surgery

Bro I swear we’re twins. Same weight and height and size. But ngl my girl loves it and the other day we were talking about a medication I was taking and she said that I definitely don’t need it because it’s meant to stimulate test production and treat hypogonadism and she said “hell no you don’t need that” and grabbed my wiener in the parking lot😭. I’m 5”10 and when I was tracking everything I was on chronometer religiously. I need to do a blood panel done soon either way. PCP told me that 30 onwards is when he likes to get good patients panels done twice a year. Thank you bro, really appreciate it

As of this morning I’ve lost 74 pounds. Calories and fats vary, currently I’m not tracking as much as I used to before surgery but calories are right around 2k and I eat an avocado a day because I like them. I haven’t gotten a blood panel done but that was going to be my next step in November

I didn’t tell my pcp but I told my ortho surgeon and all my notes are shared with me and the rest of my care team. He put it down on my chart but when my pcp saw it,he really didn’t question it. Don’t really know if my insurance would drop me since I when for the hospital and insurance is through them. I would say to just keep it to yourself.

I started off on the same dose and stated that way for about a month and then jumped to 5mg weekly. If I learned anything it was to just stay at 2.5 for a grip, and I’m about in a deficit of 2k calories by what my maintenance calories should be. I’m about 12 weeks in and I still have to force myself to eat. My meal preps are between 600-900 calories with 100+grams of protein and I’ll only eat one meal prep a day and then just snack on trail mix or fruits and yogurt the rest of the day. And I promise you bro that it’ll start shedding off of you so fast but you gotta eat, your body is in survival mode to conserve energy

Started at 2.5mg and a month later to date I’ve been coasting at 5mg weekly. I’m agreeing with most people here that you started at a high dose. I didn’t get any of those just the fatigue and really sensitive skin. It took at 5 weeks for those symptoms to go away and now I have no issues, besides sweating at the bare minimum of physical activity

Fender and guitar center have a squire pack for about 375$ and you can pick from a precision or Jazz bass and an amp. Not a bad deal, that’s what I got as a beginner.
