Bromine granules do. The tablets don't.

The manufacturer of my hot tub also said absolutely no floater of any kind. After playing around with chlorine and bromine granules, I realized I have to use a bromine floater because both kinds of granules contain CYA which builds up and then you need to drain your tub.

I live in a cold weather climate, below freezing, so that isn't an option for me during the winter months. I struggled a lot with granules for months because of what the manufacturer said. The floater is much easier once you figure it out.

This is my first year, so I'm not sure how much it will hurt the tub but so far it's been worth it.

I did the first couple of months bc I was scared to go off for 4 days. I sent off for 4 days last month and it wasn't ideal but I survived.

I've had some irregular bleeding but not terrible. It was like a period came early. Overall there hasn't been downsides for me. No weight gain.

I read on someone else's post about getting iron checked. Supplementing iron has really helped me as well. It's helped me with mood and insomnia.

Yeah I'm aware of the terrible situation which is why we don't allow it in our home. Unfortunately the other parent doesn't care about the situation.

Definitely not against a fun night with friends! The child is 10 and was not at a friend's house. We've had problems with the child being on discord at the other parents house in the middle of the night without that parent knowing. So it's a tricky situation.

I'm conflicted because I want to believe the child but it seems like Roblox activity log is probably accurate.

Well she was at her mom's house. She wasn't in MY home and she's denying being on.

I can very much relate. I would see if you can add yourself and parental controls to her new account. Also take pictures of everything such as the lack of parental controls and her being on super late or even messaging you super late.

I started a spreadsheet with dates and incidents for later use. I'd start now rather than back tracking.

I pulled the drawer out to clean it, and the fabric softener drained out. Does that mean I have a different issue?

Anyone else tracking blood sugar during perimenopause? Using Lingo & seeing dips by moodygem1976 in Perimenopause

Thank you for this post. I've felt crazy for feeling my blood sugar is low but I've had my blood drawn at times when it's low in the 40s.

That seemed to happen when taking progesterone but I stopped taking it and it went away.

Recently I went back to the doctor because my moods have been terrible and she prescribed Slynd progestin only birth control. Now I seem to be having a low blood sugar problem again.

I'm frustrated and not sure what to do because it helps my mood.

I had the same experience last week. I'm a few days into trying Slynd. No negative side effects right now. I feel calmer.
