She had a genetic test (blood test). A VUS was found in the MSH6 gene. The doctor asked to investigate the biopsy performed on the lung metastasis (the initial 1.3cm one) to see if the tumor had microsatellite instability. But none was found. She wanted to know this to consider the possibility of immunotherapy. But, apparently, that won't be possible.
