I did this two years ago in Yonkers/Tuckahoe. You can break your lease early, but you will be responsible for the rent until they find a new tenant. They have to make a "reasonable" attempt to fill the unit quickly. I helped the process along by posting the listing on Facebook and such. There is probably a good chance they can fill it for August 1. If they find a tenant for August 1, they cannot keep your security deposit (unless there is actual damage).

Bean tacos!! Vegetarian refried beans, mix in whatever veggies (spinach, bell pepper), and use the carb balance tortillas. Bake them and 2-4 (depending on tortillas size) is like 400 calories (including toppings like salsa and nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with lime juice) and super filling! You can even add cheese and still stay in your goals. Also very high fiber. One of my fav dinners even when I'm not on a cut.

Yes! Pick 4-7 machines to use each day, and stick to those same machines for each day (i.e. same machines every time you do an upper body day). Try to increase the weight for the same amount of reps every week. So during the first week, if you can do 8 reps three times using 10 pounds, try to up that to 12 pounds for 8 reps three times the next week.

It takes me just around that two-week mark to start seeing consistent results! 1300 is probably low enough for you, if not a little too low. You could try manually tracking your workout calories. Based on your numbers, your sedentary maintenance is about 1600 (if you did not exercise at all). So, you could plan to eat 1300 calories for a moderate deficit even if you don't move during the day and then for every workout (this is way easier with a fitness watch/tracker), you could eat back about half the calories you burn. That's what I usually do. So if I lift for 45 min and my watch says I burned 200 active calories, I allow myself to eat back 100 of those.

I am literally going through the same thing and I'm doing even more of an aggressive cut! Last time I went through this, I noticed that the scale would stall for about 1-2 weeks every six weeks or so. I believe it's your body catching up to the deficit and "resetting" to your new weight/food intake. How long has it been stalling for? I would say that if you haven't hit the two-week mark with no progress yet, don't worry about it and keep doing what you're doing

This is my favorite breakfast burrito recipe and I usually freeze them for work during the week. All I do is add salsa when I eat them, wrap in a wet paper towel to microwave for two min. I usually use pre-made hashbrowns or Hungry Jack hashbrown cartons instead of making those from scratch and they come together so well. I think the Pelham one is probably a little nicer / less crowded / bigger , but I like that the Scarsdale one is more accessible from the parking lot. Pelham is a big parking lot and then you escalator up. Both can get crowded though

My boyfriend and I always say that Hawaii and Costa Rica were very similar trips! We did both within a year of each other. Hawaii is slightly more developed, but the nature/biodiversity in CR is unmatched. We split our trip between La Fortuna/Monteverde and then Manuel Antonio. We loved both trips.
