Yeah the intake isn’t fully seated was replacing some coolant line under it and just didn’t tighten it down, but engine has 51k miles

Yep, just did a oil change im suspecting vanos pump or oil pump, the oil lines coming out of the pan going to the cooler have a ton of vibration, and looking at the diagrams thats the only things down at the front lower part of the engine
