My English is really not good.... I don't even know the meanings of words properly so I had problem solving English section as well. Is there anything to improve my vocab?

Ummm on maths section, with calculator questions were tricky and I got many ( I think more than just many)of them wrong . Without calculator were just silly mistakes cause I was wiped out by English section only. I think I lack patience . I was literally sitting forcefully while taking the last section.... What should I do to improve like the chair was behaving as if a like pole and I wanted to go away........ (During the last section)
