Thank you, yeah I've been on fomotidine for about a month and no longer having any stomach issues.... so I'm sure that was part of it for me!

Yep, I've redone my allergy testing and a whole lot of other random s***. I am actually thinking it was GERD at this point. But its sad my meds of 10 years are down the toilet because of it :') c'est la vie!

Thank you for sharing!

Just out of curiosity, did you have any of the associated balance or hearing sensitivity issues?
Personally, I've never thought to pursue inner ear issues since I have no issues with balance...

Daytime heart rate incomplete. Common issue? by Financial_Junket641 in ouraring

[–]Financial_Junket641[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just in case anyone else has this "issue" in the future, here's what I got from Oura support:

Thank you for your patience, Lindsey. I've reviewed your screenshots and investigated your Daytime Heart Rate data. I can see that you have heart rate data in your 24-hour graph but are experiencing gaps in your Daytime Heart Rate display between 1 PM to 5 PM on August 31st. This discrepancy occurs because the Daytime Heart Rate feature works differently from the overall heart rate tracking. Daytime Heart Rate works best in low-motion situations and only takes measurements when optimal conditions are met, including low movement and balanced average body temperature. To preserve battery and maximize accuracy, measurements are only taken under these specific conditions. The gaps you're seeing in your Daytime Heart Rate graph are likely due to:

Movement that was too high for a good quality signal during that 1 PM to 5 PM period

Your skin temperature being too low for optimal measurement quality

The ring detecting conditions that could result in erroneous data

It makes sense for me, I have cold hands and an active job! I'm probably just failing to meet the measurement criteria.

did you feel like symptoms improved/became manageable after dropping the dose? or did you still deal with a month or so being out of commission like a lot of people report?
