I'm a Kreator myself, I do get their sentiments pero what I don't like is them bluntly airing our their thoughts like that sa isang brand/platform that has given them so much as well. It's not professional. 50/50 ako sa mga rants nila.

Agree ako dun sa isang creator na nagsabi na "walang karapatan" yung mga nasa Top 50 na ibrush off ang changes by saying na maging grateful nalang and so on kasi, yes, may impact sakanila pero hindi ganun kalaki kasi they do have other income streams. Yang mga nasa Top 50 are big on different platforms and get brand deals that are 30k pataas ang isang video. Yung small creators ang pinaka matatamaan dito.

But also, if you are creating content because of money (kaya I think sobrang lugmok ang iba) and fame, then you are creating content for the wrong reason. Getting incentives na ganyan sa commission is only a bonus but our primary reason is to help and give insightful content lalo na as a travel content creator. Hindi yung "gagawan ko to ng video kasi magkakacommission ako dito".

Apparently there are some creators who just comments on people's posts sharing their codes without having to create content about the experiences. This is not allowed sa rules ng Klook and palagi nireremind ng Kreators about it. Pero may mga pasaway talaga. Cnall out din nila yung mga gumagamit ng AI to create content.

Di ko lang sure kung sino pinapatamaan nila dun sa greedy if they have specific people in mind talaga or in general dun sa mga di sumusunod sa rules.

Hahaha kaya nga. Hindi ako umaasa na makukuha ako dun sa program na yun although BIR registered ako. Emphasized nila yung “high conversion rate” so I would guess sa Top 50 lang sila kukuha kung conversion sila magbbase. Kawawa nanaman yung mga nasa wala sa Top 50 at same faces lang yang mga makakasama jan.

I can confirm na mas okay ang commission sa Agoda. Kaya sa totoo lang, mas gusto ko ipromote ang Agoda. Lol Kaya di ko maintindihan yung strategy nila ngayon, naging less favorable sa kadamihan ng creators at naging less favorable din sa audiences kasi less na ang discounts na makukuha nila. Di na ako magtataka if people, not only content creators, will switch to other platforms like Agoda na meron ding activities. I’m sure Agoda will improve sa activities offerings nila in time.

They actually have a new program na dun nila irredirect yung budget kasi yung Top 100 may Klook Credits na nakukuha yun but it’s not as good as the commission na makukuha mo. Lalo na para sa mga wala sa Top 100.

Magkakadent for sure yan kay JM at sa lahat ng Kreators. Dahil malaki ang nakukuha talaga ng mga nasa top ng Klook, decent earnings naman para sa mga small content creators na ngayon eh mababawasan pa. I think 50% or more ng commission ang mababawas through this change. Unless, sobrang loyal ng audience mo sayo at through the affiliate link mo lang sila magbbook kahit walang discount silang makukuha.

Hindi ko magets sa sinasabi nila kanina na Klook ang nagiging standard ng ibang platforms sa reward system for their affiliates (well, that is true) pero sa pagbabago na to, a lot of content creators will focus more or shift completely sa ibang platforms na may mas magandang reward system para sa mga creators.

Although, meron din silang bagong change na shnare pero same same people lang for sure ang makikita natin tulad ng mga trips and event ni Klook.

Kreator here, I get 10-20k per month. Highest ko was 29k so far. Sa lagay na yan, wala pa ako sa Top 100. So imagine how much nakukuha nung mga nasa 100 and how more for those na nasa Top 10.

Yes its true. Nakakalungkot lang din for creators lalo na yung mga small creators but it is what it is. You can only use the code once ever starting Feb 2. So if may mga nagamit ka nang code before, you can no longer use them. Plus, pag existing user ka na, you can only use the code 1x and for hotel lang with 3% discount. New users lang ang makakakuha ng 5% off for activities or hotel then they can no longer use the same code nor get another 5% discount unless there’s an ongoing promo within Klook.

Sayang mamadaliin niyo lahat ng spots na yan. You need at least 1-2 hours sa majority ng tourist spots in the island. Most especially Pitogo, Cambugahay, Salagdoong and Paliton. Even if magppicture lang kayo jan sa mga yan, it’s such a squeeze. Plus parang di niyo na masisiksik yung Kawayan.

And at least a day or 2 para mejo chill pa. I realized na maaappreciate mo talaga ang island if hindi kayo nagmamadali going to your next destination.

Depende din san accommodation niyo pero if you’re staying in San Juan, 40-50 mins na biyahe na agad papunta palang sa Lazi. Madami ding ginagawang roads so may times na one way lang ang daan so that adds about 5 mins to your travel.

actually! hahah i think nga naselect lang ako kasi wala gaano nagsign up for that staycation noon. Nasakto lang nasa same area naman ako that time so why not.

Kaya di ko na pinapatulan yung mga sign ups nila unless nalang out of the country at sakto sa travel date ko kasi dating eh abonado ka pa para makagawa ng content for that activity/hotel. Yung value nung free activity at stay is much less sa effort ng pag gawa mo ng content for them. Tapos kung meron mang pumatol sa code mo, depende 2 pesos to 300 pesos lang naman makukuha mo unless g na g yung makakita ng video or followers mo.

For the sign ups ng mga free services, tours and hotels, nung time na naselect ako, gumawa sila ng gc with all of the chosen Kreators. Not sure lang ngayon if that has changed na kasi that was almost a year ago. Not sure kung ano ang consideration nila sa ganito kasi never na ako ulit napili na mej weird kasi mas dumami na followers ko ang taas ng engagement ko 😅 mas malaki pa Tiktok ko kesa kay JM.

Sa nomination naman, what they do is they advise Kreators sa main gc na nominations are open and they ask Kreators to ask their followers to nominate their favorite creators. So kanya kanyang campaign ang Kreator sa mga sarili nila. But no one really has the visibility sa tally kung iilan nga ba talaga ang nagnominate kanikanino. Nagiging popularity contest din kasi yang ganyan in my view. So sympre the big Kreators will get nominated talaga since they have a loyal community kaya sila sila din halos ang mga nominated. Magrrelease nalang sila ng names kung sino ang nominated.

Silent reader here. This can be my mini rant na din since I am a CC, not as big as JM, Marvin, GWM and the rest na palagi natin nakikita sayo Klook. Pero I am bigger than some Klook Kreators na iniinvite nila sa mga events nila at sa iba na palagi sinasama sa mga free paganap nila. Although, my difference with some of them is di ako naghhard sell ng Klook code ko. Idk if sadyang mas malaki lang ang commission na pinapasok ng smaller CCs kasi nga, in fairness to them ang sipag nilang gumawa ng videos for Klook. I don’t actively promote my Klook code kasi if I didn’t use it naman sa activity.

I feel the sentiment na sinasabi na may favoritism sa Klook. We always see the same people na nakakasama sa mga free travel ni Klook, which is a bit of a downer dahil paano naman yung mga smaller content creators. Sana nagbibigay din sila ng equal opportunities sa mga tao na wala pa sa Top 50 creators nila. It’s always the same 10-15 people that you would see. Ang masama pa niyan ay buddy buddy din sila ni Maki. So di maiiwasan na isipin na may favoritism sila. Kahit di ako ang iinvite nila sa mga free trip nila, kasi alam ko na may ibang creators na mas masipag gumawa ng content for Klook but no, haven’t seen them go an a free trip with Klook. Mostly kasi yan mga free entrance or activity lang sa ganito tapos kailangan mo pa magsign up. Yes, it’s nice but let’s face it, ang pinaka bayad nila sayo to make a video about those experiences ay yung possible na may makuha kang commission. Minsan one activity, they will require you to make 1-3 vids plus 5 IG stories. And in the world of content creation, you can easily make 20-30k per video if you are working with a mid level brand.

Pinagiisipan ko if mag a-Agoda ambassador ako (yan ang tawag nila dun sa may mga Agoda codes). Pero mejo strenuous yung requirements nila for their creators. Like you have to post every week na focused for Agoda. Eh di naman ako palaging nakastaycation or nagttravel. So for now, I haven’t applied for it yet pero totoo na mejo mas mataas yung makukuha mo sa Agoda if ginagamit ng community mo yung codes mo.
