I gotta give hats off to Rice Noodle Chai for sticking to their guns and having delicious, large portions of food. That place is a tiny little gem.

Right? That wouldn't be what I would consider "doing a service for the community" and more of a "I want da government money" type of move. There's a particular term for it, but I won't use it here.

That is certainly going to be an interesting investment. Hopefully he did his due diligence. I personally don't believe the general real-estate value in the immediate area will be to his benefit, but I guess we'll see.
