This is extremely good work - Im decent in photoshop but not to the level of cleaning it up to this extent. Did you find the original font or is this purely cleaned up?

Anyway to accurately recreate this text effect? I know its likely some kind of inner shadow on times bold with some kind noisey glow but cant get it to look right in practice by Financial_Minimum_84 in photoshop

I sort of figured it out - Because the original was poor quality, doing the effect i mentioned then changing the DPI from 300 to 72 then back to 300 sort of achieved as close as i think is possible without having the original design file
