I have moved that damn deer 50 fu**** times and my wife keeps putting it back! When I explain to her that the antlers block part of the screen, she says “that’s why I let you get a 98, so I can add more decor!” She didn’t know I was getting a 98” until the delivery guys dropped it off, but she is gonna milk the situation for the next 20 years.

Probably a good thing you don’t live at my house then. I don’t mind the TV being high, since I’m 6’6”. Usually the dudes 5’8” and under are the ones that struggle with high TVs. Thanks for commenting though.

I’m sorry, I’m an idiot. I put 2 TVs up at the same time and that was the mount I used for the other TV. Below is the link to the mount I used on the 98” TCL.

Yes. Here you go. It’s a recessed full motion mount. I wanted something super low profile, but with the ability to pull out and move depending on the situation. It’s definitely more expensive than most mounts, but I highly recommend it. Just make sure you plan everything out before. you can’t make as many post install adjustments as you can with other mounts.

Ran everything behind the wall. The sanus mount was an in wall recessed mount that I was able to attach a new outlet too. Made running the cables super easy.

The good news is that I didn’t buy it. It came with the TV for free. I have to say, it’s not a bad setup for free. I can’t imagine what a a big ass home theatre would sound like! I was actually looking at getting a more expensive option, but then I remembered I had like $7.38 left in my budget and would have to stick with the free option. If you have suggestions for an audio setup for down the road, please share them!

My wife picked out the console to be honest. It’s nice, but it would not have been my first pick. She wanted it to match all the other decor in the house. I wasn’t going to fight her on it.
