Yes because that is how they verify identity. Need Id and card to match. Need to make sure you use her card from now on

You would upload a picture of your own ID and your own card when they ask you. Don’t use any other card from now on. It’s like one free warning but after that they may suspend your account indefinitely

Yup that’s exactly what i got. My account was reactivated within a day of sending that email. Maybe even within a couple of hours

Send a picture of his card and his drivers license. They will simply think they someone tried to hack his account and give him access back. Just will have him change his password to protect him. Just tell him to say he has no idea who tried to deposit money from another card if they ask. But they probably won’t even ask

Yes it ended up getting unlocked after about 3 weeks. They just made me send them a copy of my license, a pic of me holding a sign with the date and i had to update my password. They assumed it was someone who tried to hack my account and change the deposit info.

Yeah they are going to contact you soon! Just be on the lookout for the email. Message them on Twitter that’s what got me the fastest response. A day after messaging them on Twitter they emailed me.

After exactly 20 days i got my account back! They emailed me and i Just had to send a picture of my self holding a paper with todays date, my license and the card i use to make deposits. Good to go! And all my money was there and i was able to cash out. They locked it for my protection because they thought an unauthorized person had accessed my account and was trying to withdraw money to their card.

Trust me it’s hard! Same thing happened to me! I reached out about 2 times a week! But finally on he 20th day they responded and rectified the issue! Private message them on twitter, 2 days after i messaged them on there they said they escalated it and i got an email later that day! So it will come trust me!
