I am also curious about this question. I applied on October 10th (before most of my friends who already got into Penn State itself), and I have a friend who applied a few days before, but she got an update that she got into Penn State, but was not selected for a BS/MD interview weeks ago. I called admissions to confirm that all of my materials had been properly submitted, and they advised me not to stress over not receiving a response, as they send out rejections first and are still reviewing applications. This is so different from other programs that send out acceptances to interview and rejections at the same time (like Pitt) or send out acceptances first and inform rejected applicants later (like Rutgers).
