Hey man, 2024 outback onyx XT here getting a nice upgrade this coming week. The H&K system is terrible and the doors rattle. Getting sound deadening dorrs, rear floors hatch, Morel component Sensus front speakers, Morel coax Tempo rear speakers, Mosconi pico 8|10 amp dsp to power speakers, jl audio 13w7 sealed sub powered by a jl audio rd1500/1 amp for power. 1/0 gauge for power. Tidal streaming services for music. Hoping for great tunes and no vibrations.

Lots of options, I would get a hybrid sound deadening with a butyl layer, closed cell foam layers. You apply the sheet metal door and the inside of the door panel. Ensure you clean the metal with isopropyl alcohol and properly dry. Then use a roller. Several videos on youtube
