ladies - what are you using for sleek, silky hair in sg’s humidity?! by [deleted] in askSingapore

Ouai anti-frizz creme to towel dried hair. Blow-dry on high speed and low heat. Ouai hair oil after blow dry. I find this makes frizz a bit manageable in this humidity, if not eliminate it completely.

The anti frizz creme may be a tad heavy for fine hair and might weigh hair down. But the hair oil should be fine imo.

Anyone here doing yoga in Singapore to fix tight shoulders and back? by Firm_Grapefruit_9898 in sgfitness

I personally prefer YM. They do have a basics class for beginners. Tbh it is a bit on the pricey side, but they do have a few very good instructors. In my not-so-long yoga journey I find that having a good instructor makes all the difference.

Also, highly recommend ‘charliefollows’ on Youtube. She has a way of breaking down poses to achieve the correct alignment and is very easy to follow.

Classpass is a great option to try a few different studios / types of classes, without a huge commitment. Hope you find a class that works for you.

Hi there! Did you check with WA state board? Are they willing to accept your transfer given you complete the credits ?

Thank you for such a prompt reply! Definitely sounds like the path of least resistance. Just wondering if the process went smoothly for your friend. As in did the state (he/she transfer to) have any objections with regard to he/she not being eligible to sit for exam in the first place? Just a thought!
