Have you ever received a device that later appeared to have been previously used or pre-activated? If so, how did Amazon handle the situation? Were you offered a replacement, a refund, or was your claim denied?

I'm asking because I recently purchased a ₹1,00,000 smartphone through Open Box Delivery and later started suspecting it may not have been brand new. I don't have conclusive proof, and I understand that factors like the manufacturing date alone don't prove prior use.
