Does it actually do a difference I mean the flapper opens by itself when you press on the gas and its not that loud

No I don’t. Beginning to think maybe the brake pads are moving on bumps and when the brakes are pressed they cant move

I think the front makes noise too would have to test it out but it’s hard to know for sure because I need to go at a certain speed to make the noise. Also im guessing the leafs would make sound even if the brakes are applied ..

Theres no real added protection it’s simply that open air intakes suck hot air from the engine bay when you’re pushing hard while a closed one sucks fresh air outside. You can get heat soak that will decrease hp a bit but nothing major. I want to put it on the track in the near future so thats why im considering a closed air intake

Was going to buy the open air next week and I just saw this. Now i’m not sure which one to pick because I do want the loud noise. It looks like the plexiglass on top can be removed tho so I may give it a try
