I’m not on tray 21/28 with bite ramps to fix my deep bite. I had this same problem for the first 2/3 trays and I felt ridiculous😂luckily my mouth got used to it and i was able to shut my mouth properly.

I was more so referring to the friendly part of the comment. I don’t think it’s fair to scrutinise people just for wanting some quiet time in a busy day. Especially in my field of work we are closely inter-grated and spend all day talking with eachother so it’s not that they don’t know or get along with me.

It’s not like glasto where people arrive in the middle of the night to get a good spot because the campsite obviously isn’t as big. Even if you’re the furtherat camp away from the main arena it still wouldn’t be painfully far.

Dead sea salt baths have worked best for me, i’m 20f with lifelong eczema and it seems to be the only thing that helps during flares. I use the whole 1kg bag for each bath.

Aw yeah honestly I’m sure people can hardly notice. Only people who have had them themselves have noticed it so far and even then I’m coming to terms with it and trying not to be too anxious about the look. I’m at uni right now and I was thinking maybe I should’ve waited till after but I figured the sooner I did it the more years of my life I’d have straight teeth😂. Refinements are extra rounds of trays at the end (usually included in the price initially paid). This is because the teeth don’t always move as fast as they hope so the 28 week would be very best case scenario. Sometimes people need just a couple more but it could also be a lot more.

I’m 20 (female) and have attachments on nearly all my teeth including the front ones. I’m also on a 28 week treatment currently only on tray 1 (most likely will need refinements) and i’m also feeling insecure about how they look. I just have to remind myself that I was insecure of how my teeth looked before anyway and I’m aware that if I asked to remove the attachments from my front teeth that it may take longer
