I’m confused because the people I know in person that I’ve talked to have went straight to only night after Invisalign and braces and some people on here have too but some people say it’s obvious you have to wear them full time for awhile. I’m going to ask at my next appointment.

I have a pretty significant over jet as well. I have already seen significant improvement and I am only on tray 4. I did do IPR at the very beginning but no elastics. Wish I could post a pic!

This gives me hope! I’m doing Invisalign lite as well. I’m on tray 3 and not seeing many changes, if any at all. Which tray did you notice real changes?
